Seattle grunge pioneers Alice in Chains will be appearing at Musikfest in Bethlehem, festival organizers announced on Thursday. The show is set for 7 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 5, at the festival's RiverPlace main stage.

Reggae great Desmond Dekker has passed away from a heart attack at the age of 64. The Kingston, Jamaica native was an early star of the Reggae genre in the 1960's. His best-known song was the 1969 worldwide hit "Israelites," which reached the top 10 in the U.S.
