STAFF at Lugano Resid-ential Care Home, Buck-hurst Hill, made sure Elsie Watts's centenary was marked in style with a cake, food and an entertainer. Mrs Watts was also joined by her daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
