Gnarls Barkley, the collaboration between powerhouse producer Danger Mouse and Goodie Mob leader and "soul machine" Cee-Lo, announced that their debut record, St. Elsewhere , will drop May 2 on Downtown/Atlantic. (No word on whether Ed Begley Jr. or Howie Mandel will make cameos.)
