ByzanTEEN Youth Group unites with others (Times Leader)

Members of the ByzanTEEN Youth Group of St. Mary of the Assumption Byzantine Catholic Church, Wilkes-Barre, recently traveled to Emmitsburg, Md., for a gathering of Byzantine Catholic youth from across the United States. North American Martyrs Catholic Church in Monroeville is kicking off its new youth group program with two events. The senior high kickoff will be on Sunday, Sept. 17, from 7 to 9 p.m., with all ninth- through 12th-graders invited. They are encouraged to bring baseball gloves.
