Young Jeezy Gets Disorderly

Julie Keller Tue May 29, 10:27 AM ET

Los Angeles (E! Online) - Young Jeezy's musical mantra is "Don't Get Caught." This time, however, he did.

The thug life-pimpin' rapper has been for a dustup at an Atlanta-area strip club, according to local police.

Jeezy was arrested under his real name, Jay Jenkins, for disorderly conduct following a Thursday altercation at Stoker's in Clarkson, Georgia.

According to DeKalb County police, Jezzy and his posse, which included his sister and two male friends, apparently didn't get the last-call hint around 3 a.m., and got into with club security.

One security guard, who was an off-duty cop, called the police, who cited the whole rowdy crew—Jeezy and two male pals were also booked at the DeKalb jail and eventually released after paying $284 fines, while the rapper's sister just got a ticket. All in all, officials say it was a relatively harmless incident.

"There was no physical confrontation. It was all verbal and basically being belligerent," said police spokesman Michael Payne said.

Young Jeezy's distribution company, Corporate Thugz Entertainment, has yet to comment on the arrest, but it's not likely to affect his street cred.

The rapper has cultivated his gangsta rep with such hits as "Don't Get Caught" off the album Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101 and the follow-up release, The Inspiration: Thug Motivation 102. He managed to avoid potentially serious charges in May 2006 after Miami prosecutors in Miami couldn't find enough evidence to bust him for a shooting two months earlier.
