Neil Young isn't getting any younger, but he's certainly getting more prolific. The songwriter returns with a new album titled Chrome Dreams II due out on October 16 and then embarks on a fall tour to promote it. Frank Black will tour in support of, not a Pixies reunion album, but a new solo album titled Bluefinger due out tomorrow via Cooking Vinyl.
