Pearl Jam

Pearl Jam has made another track available from their upcoming, self-titled album. The song "Unemployable" is available on the iTunes Music Store as a bundle with the new single "World Wide Suicide." Because the two are sold together, it counts towards the iTunes album sales chart, where it currently sits at #1.

Juvenile's Reality Check debuted at the top of the albums charts this week, selling more than 174, 000 copies. The album features collaborations from artists such as Ludacris, Mike Jones, Fat Joe and Paul Wall. Also making debuts this week on the albums chart were Matisyahu's Youth and former Pink Floyd member David Gilmour's On An Island at numbers four and six, respectively. Matisyahu is currently the only artist with two albums on the SoundScan top 40 sales chart.

Scott Stapp has followed the footsteps of his former partner in crime Kid Rock and filed a federal lawsuit to stop the World Wide Red Light District from selling his sex tape, reports MTV.com. Rock filed suit last month and he was granted a temporary order halting the company from posting any more previews on the Internet until March 23. As previously reported, a woman that appeared in the video has also anonymously filed a lawsuit.

Yellowcard will debut their video for "Rough Landing, Holly" on March 20 on MTV2. It will be an all-day premiere, plus it will accompany the 30-minute special Yellowcard Makes A Video. The video was directed by Marc Webb and was envisioned to be a sequel to the band's "Ocean Avenue" video. The clip is also inspired by the movie Being John Malkovich and was shot underwater in a Venice high school swimming pool. Yellowcard will headline the 2006 Virgin College Mega tour that kicks off on April 7 in Pomona, NJ.

Live will hit the road in support of their new album, Songs From Black Mountain. The tour begins in May in Jackson, MS and concludes in San Francisco, CA. Frontman Ed Kowalczyk said, "Now that we've signed with our new label, Epic, it really feels like we've closed a chapter and with this new record are starting over."

Reformed Grunge greats Alice In Chains have been confirmed for the lineup of the Download 2006 Festival. Other bands confirmed for the three-day festival include Coheed & Cambria, The All-American Rejects, Funeral For A Friend and God Forbid in addition to the headliners Guns N' Roses, Metallica and Tool.

Megadeth mascot Vic Rattlehead has a new look, thanks to the artists at deviantART.com. The Web site hosted a contest to redesign the mascot and Dave Mustaine chose Polish artist Michal Loranc as the winner. "It was exciting to see the different entries, but this one stayed true to the idea of the contest which was to create an update of Vic," said Mustaine. "This artist had a futurist vision - you can still tell it's Vic, but he's morphed over time." You can check out the new design at deviantART.com.

Michael Bolton has proposed to Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan, reports E! News. Bolton told the New York Daily News last January that "Nicollette and I are very serious about each other. I am very committed. It is a very special time in my life. I have a good feeling about the future."
