Mall demands much less of Jake

LOS ANGELES, March 15 (UPI) -- Less than Jake singer Chris Demakes was arrested while the ska band was filming a music video in Los Angeles, it was reported Wednesday.

The band was performing "Overrated" -- their first single off "In with the Out Crowd" coming out May 23 -- in the food court at the Topanga Plaza when security guards told the Gainesville, Fla., rockers to beat it, MTV.com reported.

Apparently Demakes didn't hit the bricks fast enough last week and was hauled downtown on a charge of trespassing.
