Easter Egg Hunt A Success
 | | A painted bunny nose for you! |
| On Sunday, April 23, St. Joseph's seventh and eighth-grade youth group held their second annual Easter egg hunt. The Easter Bunny made its debut at the end of the 10:00 a.m. children's Mass celebrated by Fr. Brian.
Despite the swirling wins and heavy rains, the hunt went on as planned and was a terrific success. There were over 40 children accompanied by their parents and grandparents. A light breakfast was served. The children received plastic eggs filled with goodies, books and puzzles. A few eager seventh-graders showed off their skills with face painting.
The church thanked all the youth who contributed to the event and saw that the children had a great time. They look forward to continuing the "hunt" next year under sunny, blue skies.
