New Delhi: The Australian band Air Supply revived an era in the National Capital Region (NCR) for lovers of international rock on Thursday.

Russell Hitchcock, vocalist, Air Supply was enthusiastic about the show. "I think yes, the true essence of Air Supply comes out in live concerts. While recording, you do get an impression of what it's like, but there's nothing like seeing it all in the flesh," he said.

"We're going to include hits people are familiar with and some new things that haven't been heard in this part of the world before. We are always trying to plan something new for the fans every year. Hope we have a great time and so does the crowd," he addd.

The show started off with their classic Power of love and the 80's flavour was revisited right from the start.

The audience, or the few airheads that decided to show up, seemed to be right at home.

Air Supply have definitely revived an era, but with a ground half empty apart from a few loyal air heads, that era seems to be long gone.
