The crowds at Death Cab

aren't actually that emo.

They're pushing the chubby-smelly-big-fringed-17-year-old look at the best, but it isn't on the scale of the likes of Panic at the D crowds.

hmm

I've seen them twice. The pre-plans gig was full of people like me (archetypal early 20's music fan), the post-plans gig was more a mixture of "people who don't really like music" and emos.

Seth Cohen is to blame for this.

I'm not afraid to admit,

Seth Cohen got me listening to Death Cab. Right on.

I watched the episode where they go to Mexico, and A Movie Script Ending's on in the car. It was love at first listen.

Hmm

I was going to get tickets for their Aus tour but decided against it. These guys just arent that great, though I've liked Postal Service for a while.

I've nothing against you at all!

You obviously all have good taste in music, and you don't act like dicks at gigs.
