The import draft allows each of the major junior hockey teams in the Western, Ontario and Quebec leagues to select two European players. Each team can have two Europeans per roster.
The 16-year-old Voracek played for Kladno's junior team last season.
The Mooseheads acquired the first pick from the Rimouski Oceanic earlier this month for draft picks in the QMJHL draft.
The Halifax Daily News has reported that Voracek will report to the Mooseheads training camp in August.
