Doughty Hanson buys stake in Subex Systems

BANGALORE : Doughty Hanson & Co. Technology Limited Partnership has acquired 17.79 lakh equity shares, aggregating 5.14 per cent of the total paid up capital of Subex Systems. The acquisition was made through preferential allotment of GDRs. Subex Systems said the GDRs had not been converted into shares.
