The 2006 Muskegon Summer Celebration continues along the city's downtown waterfront through July 9.
Former Van Halen frontman David Lee Roth headlines the festival's music shows tonight. Kung Fu Diesel will take the main stage at 6:30 p.m., and Roth is scheduled to begin his show at 8:30 p.m.
Tickets are $25 for ages 13 and older, $8 for ages 6-12, and free for kids age 5 and under.
The rest of the Summer Celebration lineup:
Brian McKnight, Saturday;
Alice Cooper, Sunday;
Shinedown, with Trapt, Monday;
Smashmouth, July 4;
Sugarland, with Emerson Drive and Jeff Allen, July 5;
Macy Gray, with Jagged Edge, July 6;
Toto, with Eddie Money, July 7;
The Steve Miller Band, July 8;
Train, July 9.
Jagged Edge is a late replacement for Ginuwine, who canceled for medical reasons.
"While we always hope to avoid cancellations, the circumstances around this situation are understandable," said Summer Celebration Executive Director Joe Austin. "The silver lining to the situation is that we were lucky enough to find a group the caliber of Jagged Edge, and that they were able to confirm in literally less than 24 hours."
For those who purchased a ticket for the Macy Gray/Ginuwine show from Star Tickets PLUS and would like a refund, call (800) 585-3737 for information.
