Im Vorfeld der Veröffentlichung ihres zweiten Albums, haben Kasabian ein wenig über Kollegen hergezogen - Gitarrist Serge Pizzorno die momentane englische Musikszene:"That's their thing, innit, concentrating on what's shit about life. In 20 years time nobody will give a fuck about those bands. What's the point in whingeing? That's not what a band's about. A band should be about having a good time. With your mates." Dass die Test Icicles sich auflösten, passt ihnen übrigens auch nicht:"What a bunch of wankers! Give it up, mate. King's Cross rent boys, we call 'em - all those bands." Ach ja: Pete Doherty ist "a fucking tramp"
