Legendary rockers GENESIS are reforming to record a new album and tour, it will be announced next week (begs13MAR06). PHIL COLLINS and PETER GABRIEL will reportedly reveal their plans to regroup the LAND OF CONFUSION band's classic line-up at a press conference in Los Angeles on Tuesday (14MAR06). Genesis last released a studio album in 1997. Gabriel left the band in 1976 to pursue a fruitful solo career, while Collins' own phenomenally successful solo career ran parallel to his time in Genesis.

comments:	"The dream come true" Mr.Tony Smith and the "five greatest Genesis",DON´T FORGET to include PORTUGAL(if there is a tour).This small country that has recived so well this great band in 1975 (the year of our revolution year), Peter Gabriel in 1984 and again in 2004 in Rock in Rio Lisboa,and Genesis in 1994 and in the Farwell Tour in 2004 ( Phil Collins). We have never forgotten you. We have only been seeing the shows of your tribute band "Musical Box". Sincer regards

comments:	THIS IS WONDERFUL!!!! I saw Genesis twice, the MAMA and INVISIBLE TOUCH tours. Now with Peter Gabriel too! I hope you come to Dallas, TX. We love you here in Texas! I can hardly wait. I might even bring my twelve year old. She likes some of their music.
