The Arctic Monkeys, Editors and Radiohead's Thom Yorke are among the nominees vying for this year's Mercury Prize, the BBC reports.
Other nominees for the British music award, styled after literature's Pulitzer Prize, include Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan, Guillemots, Richard Hawley, Hot Chip, Muse, Zoe Rahman, Lou Rhodes, Scritti Politti and Sway.
The prize honours the best album by a U.K. or Irish artist over the last year.
The winner will be announced on September 5.
Antony and the Johnsons took home the award last year for their second full-length album, "I Am a Bird Now."
