EA tracks FIFA 07 tracklist
Keane, Elefant, Seu Jorge join the returning Paul Oakenfold and dozens more in providing tunes to nutmeg people by.
Soccer is the world's game, and the soundtrack to FIFA 07 looks to properly reflect that. Electronic Arts today released the tracklist for its upcoming footie sim, and the publisher has brought together a group of 40 artists from around the world.
Soccer powerhouses like Brazil, France, and the UK are well represented by acts like Seu Jorge, Tahiti 80, and Paul Oakenfold (whose "Beautiful Goal" will appear in the series for a third straight year). But the list of represented countries extends far beyond the standards, with acts hailing from Benin, Canada, Korea, Denmark, Japan, Holland, and Lebanon, among others.
FIFA 07 is expected to be released for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, Nintendo DS, Game Boy Advance, PSP, and the PC on September 22 in Europe and October 3 in the US. An Xbox 360 version is also expected to be released later this year. The complete list of songs in the game follows below:

this soundtrack sucks.
Madden 07... that's a different story...
Fifa's soundtrack has been going downhill since 03 with this one being no exception.
I SIMPELY LOVE FIFA !!
BUT I HATE ROCK MUSIC!! SO ITS SUCKS CAUSE AL OF THOSE TRAX ARE ROCK!! COULD BE DIFFERENT!! FIFA WORLDCUP 06 TRAX ARE GOOD BUT FIFA 06 AND 07 TRAXX SUXX!!!
This is why Fifa games suck monkey balls. They spend all their effort on making the soundtrack good. Nevermind the stodgy gameplay, listen to new Keane song! Give me Pro Evo with their cheesy squealing guitar solos anyday. I swear Konami share Sega's guitarist.
FIFA's soundtracks are good...but Konami's Winning Eleven's most recent soundtrack was SO much better....they even picked up Ladytron and FischerSpooner
I totally love fifa's tracklist, they always have good songs. Hopefully this game will be better than fifa 06
yes, oh yes, Ralph Myerz and The Jack Herren Band FTW.
and i don't like the others, maybe Keane but why the heck is outlandish there, they wer godd 3 years ago, now puer crap.
but my favourite band oh yes, Ralph Myerz and The Jack Herren Band, i may reconsider Fifa games after i had a blast from Pro Evoulotion Soccer games.
Sorry my favourite band, but EA suck, Konami FTW.
WOW! maybe the EA people should stop making the game and only make a cd with music, WHO CARES ABOUT THE MUSIC, I know north-americans don´t really care about soccer, but this "EA" boys, could buy konami and let them manage all the leagues and crap that EA has bought for the game. From fifa 97 they have great music but the game always stinks. What about using the money to pay a soccer (futbol) fan so he can give them an idea of what futbol is really about.
By the way i´m from Argentina, sorry about my gramatical mistakes.
sweet!
Ralph Mayerz and the Jack Herron Band = one of the best trip-hop artists and lounge revivalists in the business.
paul oakenfold is about the only one i've heard of. i'm sure it's a decent soundtrack nontheless.
Keane ?! Wow, I love that group but didn't expect THEM to make it to a FIFA soundtrack. 'Nothing in my Way' is such an amazing song. The chorus is just LOVELY.
RE: hovles - Keane is not from Holland. They're from the UK.
Thought Keane comes from Holland... But their music is in english....
I WANT REBELDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RBD...RBD...RBD....RBD....RBD....RBD....RBD.....
Well, I havn't heard much of foreign music. But I looked through the USA songs and don't see any that I have heard. But I'm sure EA has gotten some good foreign music for the soundtrack.
"Tive Razao?" That's weird. You'd think they would put Seu's song on footie, "Bola de Meia," (which translates to "ball of socks," which is how they learn in Brazil) in this game. But noooo. I guess they had reason (heh, funny pun there), since "Bola de Meia" is very, well, just Seu and his guitar (and the guitar is not very strong).
They should focus on gameplay instead of secondary requirements.
Quite obviously displays the UK as the best country for music!!! Just look!!! Muse, Keane, The Feeling and Boy Kill Boy! Top Stuff!!!
i wish fifa didn't present the cr***y gameplay of fifa in such beautifull packaging then everyone would see PES's TRUE superiority...
Theirs a few on their i like but otherwise i will turn most of them off
I bet the Norwary songs will contain vikings and yodeling lol.
never heard about these melodies, but fifa always had a good soundtrack!!!
hmmm good idea in theory....i think perhaps the soundtrack should have been personalised to each country of release....i won't get too far ahead of myself though, perhaps it will be gd stuff...
Nightmare of you(there best song) and the sheer(nice guys, cool songs)!!!!!! thank you EA!!!!
1 norweigan song actually. outlandish is an international group
''Beutiful Goal'' has been in FIFA fort the third time now! Since FIFA 2005 i think.
Nice to see that a music track from Denmark finally get´s into a Fifa game! The Outlandish track: Kom Igen is a mix of danish and english though
Not much for an international soundtrack when they're basically all in the same genre...
