Alexisonfire rocked Paris Hilton's world this week.

A very loud Canadian quintet made Christina Aguilera's stay atop of the Canadian album charts was a short one.

Canadian punk-rock heroes Alexisonfire bumped the songstress out of No. 1 after only one week with their third album "Crisis," which managed to rack up well over 20,000 in sales, according to data compiled by Nielsen SoundScan.

The album topped the first-week sales of their last studio disc "Watch Out," which checked in at No. 6 with 6,000 in sales back in June of 2004.

The big debut forced Christina Aguilera's ""Back to Basics" down to No. 2, while Crazy Frog's "More Crazy Hits" sank another spot to No. 3.

Meanwhile, Paris Hilton's career as a pop singer didn't get off to a roaring start, with her debut effort "Paris" premiering at No. 4 with 6,000 in sales.

It was the same story in the U.S., where Paris's disc came in at No. 6 with only 77,000 copies sold.

Back in Canada, Nelly Furtado's "Loose" fell two positions to No. 5, OutKast's "Idlewild" checked in at No. 6, and the Dixie Chicks' "Taking the Long Way" slipped two notches to No. 7.

Rounding out the top ten was James Blunt's "Back To Bedlam" at No. 8, the "Step Up" film soundtrack at No. 9, and Billy Talent's "Billy Talent II" at No. 10.

Other notable debuts in the top 25 included Lamb of God's "Sacrament" at No. 14, and "Canadian Idol Spotlights" at No. 25.

In the U.S., Danity Kane's self-titled debut came in at No. 1 with 234,000 in sales, followed by OutKast in second, Christina Aguilera in third, Mexican rock group Mana's debut "Amar Es Combatir" in fourth, and the soundtrack to "The Cheetah Girls 2" in fifth.
