This picture is from around 1977 or 1978. The Jackson 5 left Motown records in 1975 & signed with CBS (Epic records). Jermaine stayed with Motown. Younger brother Randy Jackson joined the group & the changed the name to the Jacksons. Motown had the rights to the name The Jackson 5.
