The Jackson 5
The Jackson Five signed with Motown Records in Detroit, in 1969. They were also known as the Jackson 5, Jackson 5ive, or J5. They have recorded several hit songs. "I Want You Back, "ABC", "The Love You Save", & "I'll Be There" went gold, selling millions. In 1971, The Jackson 5ive had a Saturday morning Cartoon series. They show included real songs & some J5 footage, but the vocals for the characters were not the actual J5. The early 1970's was the heyday of the Jackson 5 & they sold out staduims around the world. |
