I'm at home getting ready for work and I'm running late because of my daughter who is supposed to be watching my neice.

Me:(calling Marissa) Come on Marissa! I'm runnning late for work and I need you to hurry up with whatever you're doing because Reina (my neice) is already here and I can't leave ger here alone.

Marissa:I'm so sorry I'm in the drive way.

Me:Alright.

I hung up and opened the door.

Marissa:Hey so where-

Me:She's upstairs sleeping. Now I gotta go, bye.

I ran out the door and jumped in my car. If you're wondering what kind of job I do, I'm a lawyer. I have an important case to handle and I have a meeting with the person I will be defending.
As I arrive to the building and walk into my office my boss is standing there looking angry.

Mr.Greys:You were supposed to be here 20 minutes ago.

Me:I'm sorry, it's just that-

Mr.Greys:No excuses. I will send in your client right now.

Me:Yes sir.

As I was sitting in my office a man wearing aviator sunglasses with straight hair that was shoulder length walked into the room. He was very handsome and looked familiar.

Man:Hello.

Me:Hello, nice to meet you.

Man:(looking at me) Diamond?

Me:Michael?

When he took off his sunglasses I almost fainted. I haven't seen him since our divorce except for when he was on T.V.

Me:(blank stare) Uh...

Michael:Are you ok?

Me:(forcing a smile) Yes...um...how have you been?

Michael:(smilig) I'm great what about you?

Me:I'm fine. You know what I will not be able to be your lawyer since I know you but-

Michael:But they say you're the best here.

Me:I know but rules are: if you you know your client you can not defend them. So, I will try to help you get one of the other best lawyers in this company.

Michael:(worried) Okay.
