Durch Den Horizont ~Two~
*Alright, I've been having writers block for God knows how long so if this part sucks, blame the writers block -_- Just a heads up :P So...enjoy everyone =) -Lexa* I sighed and knocked on Paris' door for what seemed to be the 20th time. "Par, come on. Just open the door." "No." I resisted the urge to roll my eyes at how childish she was being and crossed my arms. "I'll kick the door down." "You can't do that." "Black belt." I reminded, smirking. There was a small pause before I heard the door finally unlock. I smiled and opened it, seeing Paris sitting at the end of the bed with her head down. "Par?" There was no reply and I slowly walked up, sitting next to her. "Par, please talk to me." "What's there to talk about?" Came her mumbled reply. "I'm sorry if you're upset about this. But you do know, if you guys ever need me, I'll take the next flight over here. And it's not like I'm leaving forever, just until I finish college. And I'll always be here during the holidays and birthdays. I'm not leaving you guys, you know that." I wrapped an arm around her shoulders and kissed the top of her head, feeling very much like a mother though I was only 6 years older than her. "And hey, you can always go to your brother if you need something while I'm gone. I know he can be annoying but he always will help if you need it." She nodded solemnly and I smiled, rubbing her shoulder. "I feel like such a mother right now." ~*~ -1 month later- "You have everything?" "Yes." "You have your phone?" "Of course." "Family picture?" I smiled sadly and nodded once again. "Of course I do." Aunt Janet smiled and handed me my last suitcase, looking around suspiciously. "You should get going before we get paparazzi." I chuckled and nodded, giving everyone one last hug. Of course this would be tough for me, I've never been away from my family for more than a month. "Wait, what's the flight plan?" I looked back at Aunt Janet and went through the plan that was listed on the ticket. "The first flight lands in Asia. In Japan or Korea, I don't really remember. And then the next flight goes all the way to Berlin." She nodded and looked around again. "Alright. Be careful, alright?" "I will, don't worry." ~*~ "Flight 16 to Berlin, Germany has been temporarily cancelled." I glared at the wall, hearing that sentence being repeated again. Just my luck, stuck in Japan during a blizzard. Just. Great. "Are you alright, miss?" I perked up at the sound of fluent Japanese, something I'm amazed I still remember. "Um...yeah. I'm fine. Just figuring out what to do, since my flight is cancelled." I tried the Japanese myself, grinning as I spoke, what I hoped was, clearly. The man next to me smiled and I smiled back, feeling the welcoming vibe from him. "You don't seem to be completely Japanese. Are you...German maybe? That's the only flight cancelled so..." He trailed off, blushing lightly. I giggled and shrugged slightly. "Well...not really. I'm Japanese-American but my mother grew up in Germany so...technically my other half is Japanese, though it's not my mother language." He nodded, amazingly understanding my rambling. "If you need somewhere to say, there's a really nice hotel a few miles from here. Yokohama Sakuragicho Washington Hotel." I nodded, recalling how that was a very well run hotel. "Thanks." I smiled, finally turning my head to look at the man. ....Would it be bad to be instantly attracted to him? *Stupid, stupid, stupid ending, I know -_- Sorry? =) -Lexa*
