The Crush (Part 2) by: Raven
Here's part 2! --------------------- RECAP: A girl named Raven has made friends with a very handsome guy named Michael who her friend Victoria, has given advise to pursue, thinking Michael likes her. Let's see what happens on Raven and Michael's bus ride home... Victoria walks me to my bus. When we arrive we say goodbye and I get on. Michael is sitting in the back where he saved me a seat right next to him. I sit down. Me: Thanks for saving me a spot.*smiles* Michael: What?! This seat wasn't yours... Me: *looks around* Well all the other seats are taken, so I'm like it or not staying! Michael: Whoa, no need to get mad, I was only kidding.*laughs* Me: *fake laughs* That wasn't funny man. Michael: *still laughing* You should have seen your face! So, how was your day? Me: *sarcastic* It was great thanks for asking! Nah, It was horrible! *frowns* Can you believe I have homework for almost every class. Damn teachers, don't they know it's the first day! Michael: *looking sympathetic* I'm sorry to hear that. But I don't have any homework.*smiles* I finished it all at school. Me: But you don't have a study hall... You aren't bullying people to do your homework are you? *laughs* Cause you know violence is not the answer, just PAY a smart kid to do it. Michael: *laughs* Nah, I think I'll pass. You know you were really nervous when we met this morning. It's good to see you showing you true colors. Me: Thanks, I think. But remember first impressions mean nothing! The bus is now at our stop and we get off. Michael: Raven? Me: Yeah Michael: *looks down* I can walk you home.. ya know only if you want me to... Me: Sure *smiles* We arrive at my house... Me: Here it is! *I tada my hands at the door* Michael: *smirks* Wow, I live right across the street!*points out his home* Me: *laughs* Nice, so do you wanna come in. You can be my study buddy! Oh.. and don't worry, my moms OK with it even though she isn't here.. Michael: hummmm... *puts hand on chin PRETENDING to think* Me: *gives puppy dog eyes* Please... Michael: Alright, I couldn't say no to you. *smiles* As soon as I walked in the door the phone rang. *ring, ring, ri* Me: Sorry, that's the phone. Just sit down and make your self at home. Michael: It's OK thanks. Me: *picks up phone* Hello Victoria: Hey, what's up? Me: *excited* I am so happy you called. Guess who's at MY house right now sitting on my couch?! Victoria: I don't know.. the boogie man? Me: *annoyed* No silly, Michael's here! Victoria: What?!... How? Me: I invited him in after he walked me home... ya know to help with my homework, turns out he's really smart. Beauty and brains. I think I'm falling in love! *smiling* Victoria: *laughs* Well you know if you guys are gonna be together the whole night can't be about homework. Me: *frowns* Ugh you know I don't do that kinda stuff, anyways I just met him. Victoria: You know what I mean! Me: Yeah I do, but I gotta go, bye. Victoria: Bye, tell me all about your ni. *gets cut off* Trying to attend to my guest I left the kitchen in a fast pace only to find Michael doing the same around the other corner. I tried not to bump into him but I failed. So I tripped over my own foot making me grab his shoulders for balance but as a result both of us fell in confusion! I ended up falling right on top of him... Me: Oh my God I am so sorry! *puts hand over mouth* Michael: Tackling your guest? *smirks* Me: *smiles* It was an accident! What did you want anyway? someone would have thought it was an emergency as fast as you were turning the corner. Michael: You know your still on top on me right? Me: *blushing* Yes... *gets up* Michael: I was gonna ask to use your bathroom, until you tackled me. *smiles* Me: OK, but we need to start on my homework, you keep playin around. Michael: Your cute when your embarrassed. Me: *lies* I wasn't embarrassed! The bathroom is the first door on the right. I was so mad everything was going horribly. I HAD to call Victoria. *ring, ring, ri* Victoria: Hello Me: Hey it's Raven Victoria: Wow it's only been like 15 minutes what happened?... Did he leave? Me: No, he's in the bathroom. But everything is going wrong, *tells what happened* What should I do? Victoria: oooooo, well I don't know just finish your homework and put in a movie or something. Me: I have the perfect idea! What about a scary movie! Victoria: But you laugh at them, I on the other hand could wet my pants. Me: Yeah, but I am a good actress I could pretend to be scared. By the way that last snippet was too much information.*looks disgusted* Victoria: Well good luck. Me: Thanks bye. As soon as I hung up the phone Michael was out of the bathroom. We finished my homework and the night got a lot better. F.Y.I- he'd been there for about an hour and a half it was around 5p.m. *Sitting on the couch* Michael: It's none of my business, but where's your mom? Me: *sighs* she's at work. I'm always here alone. That's why I had a good summer cause most of the time she was off. Michael: *widens eyes* We have too much in common! My parents are always gone too. I guess we were destined to be together *smiles and touches my thigh* Me: *looks at his hand while he stares at me* To be continued... ----------------------- Don't worry fellow reader.
